There is no doubt that the appraisal world has blown up over the last few years with how crazy the housing market is. Add in your regular estates, divorces, etc and it can be overwhelming to look at all the work in front of you.

It can be easy to fall into this pattern of feeling like there is too much on your plate and that you are spreading yourself to thin. In those moments it is always best to remember that giving the task in front of you, whether it is a call, email, report or whatever other things may be a part of your day should be the most important thing to you at that time.

Take one thing at a time and continue to make it the most important thing until it is finished. This is where taking the time to allocate tasks to a level of importance and having a schedule even if it is just a rough idea really tends to work well for you. Things will get done in a timely fashion and they will get done well because it is important to you.
